It didn't disappoint. In fact, it was crazy good. We loved it. Knowing we were standing at the lowest point on the planet, while reflecting on everywhere we've been and how big the planet actually is, was a really special experience.
And yes, you actually float!! It's impossible to sink. Just going out into the sea in a regular walking motion, the water wanted to bring our feet to the surface every time we took a step. And when we simply laid down, because the water is so hypersaline, our bodies floated right to the surface. The boys got such a kick out of it! And Sully was in his glory, reading and swimming at the same time. While Max and I were happy playing in and applying the therapeutic mud. We had the softest skin after. I've never felt anything like it.
